Read on and you will get information farther down on this page. I. Idea of the VARIO FanclubBy installing this Fanclub we would like to say thank you for engagement. The numerous entries of photos of your helicopters as well as the references to your own sites showed us, that many of model builders also discovered the world of the internet. With this Fanclub we offer a platform where you can share your experiences during the building stages of your helicopter as well as your photos and flying experiences with all friends of model helicopters. This experience can not be shared within a framework of a fast-moving forum. The Fanclub offers extensive coverage af all kind of topics concerning our model hobby sport. In this regard, VARIO Helicopter Uli Streich e.K. sees itself as the sponsor that offers a room where everyone can develop its skills within the scopes of the Fanclub rules. This service is free of charge for you! You will be totally free in the design of your web site, just like the usual web packet that you can buy from every provider. But we have to imply that the main focus of your content refers to VARIO Helicopter. II. Rules for the participation of the VARIO FanclubLike everything in the life, the VARIO Fanclub has some rules for the participation, too. Generally every VARIO Fan is allowed to take part in the Fanclub. Due to reasons of liability your definite identification is necessary and will be checked by us. We will not allow anonymous sites or such with a pseudonym. The creative liberty is solely restricted by the technical and the lawful limits. If your site works and you don't offend against the accepted law, you can create your site however you want. Therefore one of our Fanclub logos (preferably on each page) is used as a validation emblem. Concerning the contents: you should not forget, that this is a VARIO Fanclub. Of course you may also show other brands from time to time but the main focus of your site must definitely show your identity with VARIO Helicopter. Sites, that not correspond to these rules, can be blocked without any letter of indication. We will not delete your site at once, but we will block them until clarification. VARIO Helicpoter is not liable for your contents. That concerns the lawful regulations, as well as your datas. III. Announcement to the VARIO FanclubIf you want to create a web presentation within the scopes of the VARIO Fanclub, please read this text to the end, before contacting us. Please give us complete and truthful information about your person in the registration form. Due to reasons of liability we can only permit the participance of definite identified natural persons. Therefore it is necessary, to check your identity. Hence we will send a letter including a safety code to your address. As soon as you have sent back this safety code according to the instructions in this letter, your user account can be activated. IV. Legal referencesOnly you are responsible for the contents of your pages. Please notice the legal regulations! Please notice for example that copying pictures, texts and other contents of external sites to publish them an your own site is an offence against the copyright nearly everywhere. This is also valid for the pages of VARIO Helicopter! If you want to use our pictures for your supplement portrayal, we surely will find a solution after consultation. Of course, VARIO Helicopter is not interested in, that you do advertising for other brands on your site. There the good old business principle is valid "He who pays the piper calls the tune"! Being the operator of a web site within the scopes of the VARIO Fanclub, it is your duty to attent to the protection of the financial interests of VARIO Helicopter. On this account, VARIO Helicopter does not tolerate any adverts for other fabricates. It is nonpartisan whether this concerns suppliers of models, accessories or fan articles! This is particularly also valid for links on external sites. This does not mean to abastain from the photo of your maiden flight with an indoor helicopter or your own construction of a historic fuselage. We are simply not interested in financing our competitors advertisment! VI. Our offer for all VARIO pilotsYou can announce the address of an already existing web site for the admission in the club; i.e. we will put a link on your site. Before that, you should check whether the site, you would like to get a link on is according to the rules of our Fanclub. (Don't forget the Fanclub logo!) or You apply for a place in our gallery. That enables to add and to change the content of your part of the gallery on your own, e.g. according to the success of your building project. or You design your web site free on your own ideas and you get the web space from us. VII. Accounts and PerformancesInitially, every participant running a site on our server gets a little package with performances for his site. This package is consious kept very short in order to enable an easier calculation of the totally needed performances. This basic package is not meant to be a limitation, if you would like to create a site being more comprehensive. Just send an eMail and we will enlarge your package if there is no important reason against. If you choose a place in the gallery, you will get a password and an address being registered in your name. Your domain will be a subdomain of vario-helicopter.org. This domain will normally be a combination of your family name and the main domain. Example: http://Doe.de.vario-helicopter.org 1. Data security When transferring datas to VARIO Helicopter Uli Streich or onto the server or memory spell in the internet being provided by us - nonrelevant in which form - you have to make safety copies of this datas. You are responsible for this copies on your own. VARIO Helicopter does not make up any safety copies of extrinsical datas. You should know, that all participants are able to tab data submitted in the range of transmission paths. You explicitely put up with that risk. To administrate your web space, you get a user identification and a password, which you handle extremely confidential. You will be liable for any abuse, resulting of possibly unauthorised use of this password. 2. Costs or consequential costs that arise from blocking the site because of having broken applicable law, will be charged to you. We explicitely point out that it is not allowed to send mass eMails, spam, etc. in any way, to use the server as download server or to burden the server in any other inadequate way.
